Chicken Sausage Sub with Sautéed Peppers and Onion

Ingredients
- 3 oz cooked chicken sausage(s) (Italian variety)
- 1 item(s) reduced calorie hot dog bun(s) (toasted)
- 2 tsp mustard (spicy variety)
- 1 oz cubanelle pepper(s) (or thinly sliced)
- 1 cup(s) uncooked onion(s) (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch table salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch spiced seasoning mix (or dried seasoning of your choice)
Instructions
Grill or cook sausage and serve on bun with mustard. Sauté pepper and onion with oil, salt, pepper and dried seasoning.
