This deli-style wrap is a quick and easy-to-make lunch option, ready in just 10 minutes. Dijon mustard is the secret ingredient in this recipe. It’s creamier than American-style yellow mustard with a milder, less acidic flavor. It makes this wrap taste a little brighter, a little more special, which is always welcome. This meal can easily be changed up by swapping in another extra-lean deli meat, such as turkey or chicken, using a couple strips of jarred roasted red pepper in place of the pickles, or tucking spinach, romaine, or butter lettuce into the tortilla instead of green leaf lettuce.
