More than weight loss
Since I’ve started Weight Watchers, I’ve lost over 40 pounds.* I feel more present in every aspect of my life, and I can honestly tell you that I struggle no more. I truly believe that if this can work for me, it can work for anyone.
*People following the Weight Watchers plan can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
The world is your menu
Everyone that comes to my house says, “This is on Weight Watchers?!” This is easier than any other program I’ve been on, and the reason is because the world is your menu. You can go out for tacos and no one will even know you’re on the program – that’s the best part. That, and it works.
The life that I love
Weight Watchers is a program for you to design. You decide what you want and what will make you feel good – no restriction, no deprivation. I live fully on Weight Watchers because it finally feels like this is what my relationship with food should be.
