High-protein baked oatmeal

Total time: 40 min • Prep: 10 min • Cook: 30 min • Serves: 4 • Difficulty: Easy

We use a cinnamon roll–flavored drink to add protein as well as to provide sweetness and spice to this easy, make-ahead breakfast. With eggs and Greek yogurt, the baked mixture becomes wonderfully creamy. You can make this ahead of time, cut it into squares, and refrigerate for quick breakfasts later in the week; microwave on High for about 1 minute to reheat. We like a combination of berries, but feel free to stick with one type if you prefer.
