Broccoli-Cheddar-Mushroom Pizza

Sometimes a little break with tradition can be fun and delicious. This veggie pizza was inspired by the tasty toppings at a salad bar.
Ingredients

pizza dough mix

10 oz, or 1 prebaked thin pizza crust

WeightWatchers Reduced Fat Mexican style blend shredded cheese

1 cup(s)

uncooked broccoli

10 oz, frozen, chopped, thawed and squeezed dry

fresh mushroom(s)

10 oz, sliced

table salt

¼ tsp

black pepper

tsp, freshly ground, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over crust; top with the broccoli, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Bake until the crust is golden, the cheese is bubbling, and the mushrooms are cooked through, 10–15 minutes. Serve at once. Yields 1/4 pizza per serving.
Notes
For an even quicker pizza, use broccoli florets and sliced mushrooms from the salad bar of your supermarket. Give the broccoli a quick steam in the microwave before using.
