Pizza dough mix
10 oz, or 1 prebaked thin pizza crust
Weight Watchers Reduced-fat Mexican style shredded cheese
10 oz, frozen, chopped, thawed and squeezed dry
10 oz, sliced
⅛ tsp, freshly ground, or to taste
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over crust; top with the broccoli, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Bake until the crust is golden, the cheese is bubbling, and the mushrooms are cooked through, 10–15 minutes. Serve at once. Yields 1/4 pizza per serving.
