Sometimes a little break with tradition can be fun and delicious. This veggie pizza was inspired by the tasty toppings at a salad bar.
pizza dough mix10 oz, or 1 prebaked thin pizza crust
WeightWatchers Cheese, cheddar, shredded, low fat1 cup(s)
uncooked broccoli10 oz, frozen, chopped, thawed and squeezed dry
fresh mushroom(s)10 oz, sliced
table salt¼ tsp
black pepper⅛ tsp, freshly ground, or to taste
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over crust; top with the broccoli, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Bake until the crust is golden, the cheese is bubbling, and the mushrooms are cooked through, 10–15 minutes. Serve at once. Yields 1/4 pizza per serving.
