Banana lover’s flourless pancakes
SmartPoints® value per serving
As the recipe title states, if you're a banana lover, you're gonna looove waking up to this sweet treat in the morning. You may even find yourself making it for lunch or dinner! It's also the best way to use up super-ripe bananas. The bananas are flavored with vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg, then cooked quickly in a large skillet. You can simplify the filling by leaving out the spices, if desired. Then just garnish the pancakes with some fresh blueberries to help tie everything together and create the prettiest presentation. To cut down on the calories, feel free to omit the powdered sugar if desired.
