The herbs and apple in these burgers give them a taste of the French countryside.
water-packed tuna fish drained12 oz, and flaked
fresh apple(s)1 small, green, peeled, cored and minced
egg white(s)2 large
dried oregano1 tsp
dried thyme½ tsp
table salt¼ tsp
black pepper¼ tsp
dried plain breadcrumbs¼ cup(s)
plain hamburger bun4 item(s)
fresh spinach4 leaf/leaves, washed and dried
Dijon mustard4 tsp
- Mix together tuna through bread crumbs. Allow to sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Spray frying pan with cooking spray and heat over low-medium heat.
- Form tuna mixture into four patties. Cook until crispy on one side, then flip and cook until crispy on the other side.
- Serve on buns with spinach and Dijon mustard.
