This Jewish-inspired breakfast serves six and take less than 15 minutes to prepare making it ideal for special occasion brunches as well. Briny rich salmon is cut with the dilly sour cream and served with creamy scrambled eggs. The red onion is a perfect hit of heat and crunch but can be omitted or traded with less pungent chives. Serve this with some whole grain or rye toast. If your meal is later in the morning try adding a bit of mixed greens dressed with lemon juice to the mix.
