When you grab a jar of these hearty oats in the morning, you’ll thank yourself for the few minutes of prep you did the night before. Mashed banana sweetens the mixture, and Greek yogurt lends tang, creaminess, and protein. Fresh blueberries and chopped walnuts go on top at the end for more texture and flavor.

Ingredients

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk

½ cup(s)

Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

½ cup(s)

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

½ cup(s)

Banana

½ medium, ripe, smashed

Blueberries

¼ cup(s)

Chopped walnuts

1½ Tbsp, or sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine the milk, oats, yogurt, and banana in a jar; stir and cover. Refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight.
  2. Top with the berries and walnuts.
  3. Serving size: 1 jar
