The combination of crunchy lettuce, tangy rich sun-dried tomatoes and creamy mozzarella topped with the sweet zing of balsamic vinegar is packed with flavor and eye-catching color. Have the ingredients ready and toss together at the last minute to preserve the crunch of the lettuce.
