Korean steak kebabs with spicy cilantro sauce

- To make sauce, combine cilantro, soy sauce, mirin, ginger, chili-garlic sauce, and 1/2 tsp sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Spray broiler rack with nonstick spray; preheat broiler.
- Toss beef, scallions, remaining 1/2 tsp sesame oil, and salt in a large bowl until beef is well coated. Thread beef onto 4 (12-inch) metal skewers. Broil 4 inches from heat until beef is browned, 1–2 minutes per side. Serve with sauce.
- Serving size: 1 skewer with 2 Tbsp sauce
