Fresh lemon juice

Mixed greens

Whole milk mozzarella cheese
¼ pound(s), sliced
Red onion
½ small, thinly sliced
Fresh basil

Instructions

To make the dressing, in a small bowl whisk together the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Place the salad greens on a platter. Alternately arrange the tomatoes, mozzarella, red onion, and basil in overlapping rows on top of the greens. Drizzle with the dressing and serve at once.
