Grilled honey-chipotle flank steak

- 1 To make rub, combine chipotles en adobo, honey, garlic, chili powder, coriander, and cumin in small bowl. Rub mixture over both sides of steak. Place steak on plate; cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.
- 2 Spray grill rack with nonstick spray. Preheat grill to medium- high or prepare medium-high fire.
- 3 Place steak on grill rack and grill, turning once, until instant- read thermometer inserted into side of steak registers 145°F, 10–12 minutes. Transfer to cutting board, sprinkle with salt, and let stand 5 minutes. Cut steak into thin slices.
