Here's a tasty spin on Greek fava dip. It's creamy and rich, accented with the fresh flavors of lemon juice and dill. This dip takes only 17 minutes to make, and can be made up to two days ahead, covered, and refrigerated. All the ingredients mix together in the food processor for easy preparation. A variety of spices and fresh ingredients add extra flavor to this dip. Cumin adds a nutty, earthy flavor with a slight zip, while lemon adds a hint of zest. Garlic adds a pungent taste while dill adds a lemony, sweet flavor. Serve this dip with fresh vegetables or with pita chips.
