Southwest Corn and Black-Bean Salad

This simple salad is great served with practically anything off the grill.
canned black beans19 oz, rinsed and drained
frozen corn kernels1 cup(s), or fresh
uncooked scallion(s)8 medium, sliced
fresh tomato(es)½ cup(s), diced
fresh lime juice2 tsp
ground cumin1 tsp
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, at least 2 hours. Yields about 1/2 cup of salad per serving.
