Cuban sandwich sliders

Cooked pork tenderloin
8 oz, sliced into 6 equal pieces
Lean deli-sliced honey ham
4 oz, 6 slices
Hamburger pickle chips
Low-fat Swiss cheese

- Preheat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic.
- In 13-by-9-inch baking pan, arrange bottom halves of slider buns. Layer 1 pork slice, 1 ham slice, 2 pickles, and 1 oz cheese on each bottom half. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top halves of buns and place on top of assembled sliders. Spray tops of buns with nonstick spray.
- Cover sliders with foil. Place another 13-by9-inch baking pan on top to weigh down sliders. Bake until cheese is melted and meat is heated through, 10 to 15 minutes.
