This is a low, low-fat version of a south-of-the-border favorite. It's a savory, delicious, addicting 20-minute appetizer that you'll find yourself making over and over again whenever you have extra asparagus on hand. You and your guests will love the unique take on creamy guacamole, traditionally made with avocados. After puréeing cooked asparagus, simply stir in the other goodies, ranging from mayonnaise and fresh lime juice to scallions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
