Ingredients

Canola oil

Scallions

3 medium, thinly sliced

Bell pepper

1 item(s), medium, yellow or red, seeded and diced

Fresh ginger

1 tsp, grated peeled

Uncooked extra lean ground turkey breast

1 pound(s)

Low sodium soy sauce

3 Tbsp

Garlic chili paste

½ tsp

Bibb lettuce

8 leaf/leaves, medium, large, or iceberg

Cilantro

¼ cup(s), chopped

Lime

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add scallions, bell pepper, and ginger and cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables just begin to soften, about 1 minute.
  2. Add turkey and cook, breaking it apart with wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and chili-garlic sauce.
  3. Divide turkey mixture evenly among lettuce leaves. Sprinkle evenly with cilantro. Roll up tightly and serve at once with lime wedges.
  4. Serving size: 2 wraps

Notes

For extra spice, serve additional chili-garlic paste with the wraps.
