Cooked sweet potato
1 small, warm, split in half
Maple syrup
½ Tbsp
Chopped pecans (unsalted, raw or dry roasted, no sugar added)
1 Tbsp, toasted
Pumpkin pie spice
1 pinch(es), or to taste
How to Prepare
Halve potato and scoop out flesh; mash flesh with maple syrup and spoon back into potato skin. Sprinkle with pecans and garnish with pumpkin pie spice.
