A family movie, the finalé of your favourite drama, a top sports match… Whatever you love to watch on the box, Saturday TV nights are crying out for sharing plates and indulging in a little bit of what you fancy. If you avoid takeaways and cook for yourself, it’s easy enough to factor in a lovely treat.

Ingredients
Strong White Flour (bread flour)
250 g
Salt
½ teaspoon(s)
Dried baking yeast
1 teaspoon(s)
Olive Oil
½ tablespoon(s)
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Instructions
1
Put the flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Combine the yeast, olive oil and 175ml warm water in a jug and stir to dissolve the yeast. Pour the liquid into the well and mix to form a dough.
2
Tip onto a lightly floured surface; knead for 2 3 minutes, until smooth. Shape into a ball and put in a large bowl that’s misted with calorie controlled cooking spray. Cover with clingfilm and leave to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
3
Tip the dough onto a lightly floured surface, then knock it back and divide into 3 equal parts. Shape each piece into a ball then roll out each ball into a thin pizza base.
4
Transfer to baking sheets, ready for your tomato pizza sauce and toppings!
