Ingredients

WW Wholemeal Wraps

1 individual

Tomato Purèe

1 tablespoons, level

Oregano, Dried

½ teaspoons, level

Mushrooms

100 g, sliced

Red onion(s)

1 medium, sliced

Tuna in spring water, drained

50 g

Half Fat Cheddar Cheese

20 g

Basil, fresh

1 tablespoons, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Place the wrap on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix tomato paste with water, oregano and season with salt and pepper. Spread on wrap.
  3. Top with the mushrooms, onion and tuna, then scatter over the grated cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the wrap is crisp and the cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve topped with fresh basil.
