This quick, yeast-free dough couldn’t be simpler. Use it for pizza, tart bases, Johnny cakes, or serve it as a flatbread.
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
White Self Raising Flour
190 g, 180g for pizza dough - 2 tsp for dusting.
- Put the yogurt and self-raising flour into a mixing bowl and season well. Mix until a soft dough forms – if it’s too dry, add more yogurt, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it’s the right consistency.
- To cook a pizza base, preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7 and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Dust a work surface with 2 teaspoons self-raising flour, then divide the dough into 2 equal pieces and roll out each piece to a 22cm circle. Put onto the prepared trays and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- Enjoy as a flatbread or top with your choice of ZeroPoint pizza toppings and bake for another 5 minutes.
The baked dough can be wrapped in clingfilm and frozen for up to 1 month.
