Fancy a pizza in a hurry? This super-simple pizza base is really quick to make – there are just two ingredients and there’s no need for proving.

Ingredients
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
180 g
White Self Raising Flour
180 g
Passata
100 g
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
Basil, fresh
1 tablespoon(s), finely chopped, plus extra leaves to serve
Light Mozzarella
80 g, thinly sliced
Mushrooms
100 g, sliced
Tomato
2 large, vine, thinly sliced
Salad leaves
4 portion(s), to serve
Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7. Put a baking sheet in the oven to heat up. Mix the yogurt and flour together until a dough forms, then roughly shape into a ball. Roll the dough out on a piece of nonstick baking paper until roughly 30cm in diameter and bake for 10 minutes.
2
Meanwhile, mix the passata, garlic and basil together and season well. Spread over the cooked dough, leaving a 2-3cm border around the edge. Arrange the mozzarella, mushrooms and tomatoes evenly over the top.
3
Reduce the heat to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6 and bake for another 8-10 minutes. Scatter with extra basil leaves and serve with a green salad.
