Honey & mustard veggie sausage traybake

New potatoes, raw
Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7. Put the vegetarian sausages, new potatoes, red onions & apple on a baking tray. In a small bowl, combine the honey, wholegrain mustard then drizzle over the sausages & veg along with the olive oil. Season & bake for 20 minutes. Steam the sliced runner beans for 7-8 minutes. Then serve with the traybake.
