Start the day the right way with filling oats and yummy tangy berries.
- 35 g Porridge oats
- 200 g 0% fat natural Greek yogurt
- 200 g Raspberries, or any fresh berries
Layer the oats, yogurt and most of the berries in a jar or bowl. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, stir to combine the layers, top with the remaining berries and tuck in.
