Ingredients
  • 35 g Porridge oats
  • 200 g Raspberries, or any fresh berries
  • 200 g 0% fat natural Greek yogurt
Instructions

Layer the oats, fromage frais and most of the berries in a jar or bowl. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, stir to combine the layers, top with the remaining berries and tuck in.
