This Greek yogurt-based dip is inspired by the Mediterranean. Chop the walnuts big or small - depending on how creamy you like your dips.
fat-free plain Greek yogurt1 ½ cup(s)
walnut(s)⅓ cup(s), finely chopped
fresh lemon juice3 Tbsp
garlic clove(s)2 clove(s), medium, minced
dill1 ½ Tbsp, fresh, chopped
olive oil1 Tbsp
sea salt¾ tsp
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except paprika; mix until well-blended. Refrigerate until chilled; sprinkle with paprika before serving. Yields about 1/4 cup dip per serving.
