Our Light Jalapeno String Cheese is giving this game day favorite a zesty and nutrition-filled makeover, but it’s still everything that you love about nachos. The nachos take just 20 minutes to put together and require only 6 ingredients to make. All you have to do is spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet, top with some fat-free salsa, canned black beans, and cheese, and bake in the oven until the cheese is nicely browned and everything is heated through. Garnish with some avocado and shredded romaine lettuce right before serving for a burst of color and even more variety of texture and flavor.
