Everyone loves a snack board for dinner, especially when you theme it to an occasion. Here we’re featuring heart-shaped whole-wheat pizzas and an array of red-hued fruits and veggies in honor of Valentine’s Day. The pizzas come together quickly with whole-wheat tortillas as the crust; they get wonderfully crisp and cook in a flash. Be sure to start with 6-inch tortillas so you’ll have enough sauce and cheese to cover them (larger tortillas, of course, will require more toppings).
