Turkey wraps with lemon-yogurt sauce
Plain fat free yogurt
Fresh lemon juice
2 medium, (7-inch each)
Deli sliced turkey
¼ pound(s), reduced-sodium breast variety
2 leaf/leaves, large
1 medium, cut into thin wedges
Uncooked red onion(s)
¼ small, thinly sliced
- Stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, and cayenne in a small bowl.
- Lay the tortillas on a work surface and layer evenly with the turkey, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Drizzle 1⁄4 cup yogurt sauce over the filling. Roll up the tortillas tightly and drizzle with the remaining yogurt sauce. yields 1 wrap and 2 tablespoons sauce per serving.
