Turkey Wraps with Lemon-Yogurt Sauce

Spoon the extra yogurt sauce into a small airtight container and keep chilled until lunchtime.

cayenne pepper⅛ tsp
whole wheat tortilla(s)2 medium, (7-inch each)
deli sliced turkey¼ pound(s), reduced-sodium breast variety
lettuce2 leaf/leaves, large
fresh tomato(es)1 medium, cut into thin wedges
uncooked red onion(s)¼ small, thinly sliced
- Stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, and cayenne in a small bowl.
- Lay the tortillas on a work surface and layer evenly with the turkey, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Drizzle 1⁄4 cup yogurt sauce over the filling. Roll up the tortillas tightly and drizzle with the remaining yogurt sauce. yields 1 wrap and 2 tablespoons sauce per serving.
