In five short minutes you could be eating a delicious turkey wrap. The recipe for this one is deli turkey with lettuce, tomato, and sliced red onion rolled up in a whole wheat wrap. What makes it really special is the delicious yogurt sauce you drizzle on top before rolling it up. To make the yogurt sauce, stir together plain yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, and cayenne pepper. It's such a tasty, versatile sauce that you might want to make extra to keep in the fridge for more lunches during the week. Store it in a small airtight container and keep chilled until lunchtime!

Ingredients

Plain fat free yogurt

Deli sliced turkey breast

¼ pound(s), reduced-sodium breast variety

Lettuce

2 leaf/leaves, large

Tomato

1 medium, cut into thin wedges

Red onion

¼ small, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, and cayenne in a small bowl.
  2. Lay the tortillas on a work surface and layer evenly with the turkey, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Drizzle 1⁄4 cup yogurt sauce over the filling. Roll up the tortillas tightly and drizzle with the remaining yogurt sauce. yields 1 wrap and 2 tablespoons sauce per serving.
