Turkey Salad Soft Tacos

cilantro3 Tbsp, fresh, chopped
pickled jalapeno peppers2 Tbsp, sliced, drained and finely chopped
reduced calorie mayonnaise2 Tbsp
lime zest1 tsp, grated
fresh lime juice2 tsp
table salt¼ tsp
fat free flour tortilla(s)4 item(s), (8-inch), warmed
lettuce1 cup(s), chopped, green leaf variety, thinly sliced
fresh tomato(es)1 large, cut into 1/4-inch dice
reduced-fat cheddar cheese4 oz, (about 8 Tbsp), shredded
- Mix together turkey, cilantro, jalapeño, mayonnaise, lime zest and juice, and salt in medium bowl.
- Lay tortillas on work surface. Put 1/4 cup of turkey mixture on one half of each tortilla; top with 1/4 cup of lettuce, one-fourth of tomato, and 2 tablespoons of Cheddar. Fold tortillas over to enclose filling.
