Cooked turkey bacon

White wine vinegar

- Alternately thread 3 turkey cubes, 3 tomatoes, 3 lettuce chunks, and 3 pieces of turkey bacon on 1 skewer. Repeat to make a total of 12 skewers.
- In small bowl, stir mayonnaise, vinegar, and scallions. Serve skewers with scallion mayonnaise.
