Uncooked turkey bacon

Fresh lemon juice

Cooked turkey breast without skin

- 1 Cook bacon in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 3 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
- 2 To make dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, half-and-half, lemon juice, mustard, and pepper in serving bowl. Add salad greens, turkey, tomatoes, and croutons. Sprinkle with bacon; toss until coated evenly. Serve immediately.
