France meets Greece with these baguettes. The French bread and Dijon mustard combined with feta cheese and kalamata olives help to mix the two cultures together. French bread

8 oz, cut in half horizontally (1 loaf)

fresh spinach

2 cup(s), baby

fresh tomato(es)

4 slice(s), 1⁄4-inch-thick


  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bottom half of loaf. Place spinach and tomato slices evenly over cream cheese mixture on bottom half of loaf. Top with remaining top half of loaf. Cut into 4 equal sandwiches. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 sandwich).
