France meets Greece with these baguettes. The French bread and Dijon mustard combined with feta cheese and kalamata olives help to mix the two cultures together. The easy sandwiches take eight minutes to prepare, thanks to the one-bowl preparation, which means that clean-up is also incredibly easy. Use any tomato you prefer, from beefsteak to cherry tomatoes for added juiciness. Serve as four sandwiches, or make the cream cheese spread as an appetizer for your next event. Swap out the French bread for bagel chips for easy dipping, and it'll be a crowd pleaser for all your guests. The spinach adds a freshness to the dish, while the aroma of the basil will open up all your taste buds.
