Chances are that you've had a quesadilla before. It probably had some cheese and meat, right? Maybe some peppers? Well, this recipe for sweet quesadillas is not like that at all. Coated with an egg-wash that gives it an extra fluff of texture, this dish is made with marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, strawberries, and peanut butter. It's almost like a crepe! If you're in the mood for a sweet breakfast or just want to have dessert for dinner, this recipe is for you. It uses a Flatout Flatbread Light as the bread, so the lightened-take still has that carb foundation and taste.

Egg
1 item(s), large, beaten
Flatbread
2 item(s)
Cooking spray
5 spray(s)
Store-bought marshmallow creme
1 Tbsp

2
Spray a large frying pan with cooking spray; heat over medium to low heat.
3
Spread half of flatbread with marshmallow spread; then add half the banana slices and half the chocolate chips. Fold, pressing edges shut.
4
Repeat the egg wash on the second flatbread. Spread it with peanut butter; top with strawberry and remaining banana slices and chocolate chips. Fold, pressing edges shut.
5
Cook quesadillas in the pan, flipping after 5 minutes or until flatbreads are toasty and chocolate is melted.
6
Remove from pan, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Cut into slices, and serve immediately.
