fat free skim milk½ cup(s)
strawberries8 medium, sliced
maple syrup2 Tbsp
- In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, eggs and milk. Stir until well-mixed.
- Coat a large pan with cooking spray and heat. Pour 1/4 of batter into pan and cook until browned on both sides, flipping once. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Place 2 crepes on each serving plate and top with strawberries. Drizzle with maple syrup.
