Scrambling for dinner? Look no further! These fast and fresh, crisp, colorful pizzas are a cinch to make. Ready in just 20 minutes, they require only seven ingredients! Pita bread stands in for pizza dough beautifully and takes so much time out of the preparation. Each person gets their own personal pizza, making serving a snap. Ricotta cheese makes a creamy base while the feta adds a briny note. Make these for an easy lunch or feed a crowd in a jiffy with slices arranged on platters. Throw together a quick green salad for an easy veggie-full side dish and you are ready to exit the kitchen for a great family dinner.
