Spinach salad with goat cheese, grapes and honey mustard dressing

Semisoft goat cheese
- To make dressing, in a large bowl, whisk together oil, water, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add spinach, grapes, and onion to bowl; toss to mix and coat.
- Place about 2 1/4 c salad on each of 4 salad plates; sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp almonds and 1 Tbsp cheese.
- Serving size: 1 salad
