Spicy Shrimp Kebabs

uncooked shrimp2 ½ pound(s), medium
garlic clove(s)2 clove(s), medium, minced
ginger root2 tsp, minced
lemon grass2 tsp, finely chopped
ground cumin½ tsp
hoisin sauce½ tsp
honey mustard2 tsp
uncooked scallion(s)4 medium, chopped
balsamic vinegar2 Tbsp
- Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
- Combine marinade ingredients in a large glass bowl. Add shrimp, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Soak 6 thin wooden skewers in water. Remove marinated shrimp from refrigerator and pierce with sticks to make kebabs.
- Grill or broil shrimp until pink and tender.
