Hosting the big game viewing party this year? Relax! We have a touchdown of an appetizer that is easy to prepare and serves a crowd. These barbecue meatballs are bursting with flavor and ready in 45 minutes. The lean turkey meat of the meatballs is bulked up with the addition of oats that also keep them moist. The addition of beef bouillon granules add add a rich beefy flavor making them robust enough for the barbecue sauce. A crockpot keeps the meatballs warm and saucy for the whole event so none of the guests bite into a cold meatball. Try these without the sauce for your next spaghetti and meatball dinner.
