Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs

dried plain breadcrumbs1 ½ Tbsp, or seasoned
fresh parsley1 Tbsp, or other fresh herbs, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
table salt1 pinch, black pepper, red pepper flakes or other seasonings
cooked spaghetti1 cup(s)
canned tomato sauce½ cup(s), warmed
grated Parmigiano-Reggiano1 ½ Tbsp
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, and salt; roll into meatballs. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
- Serve meatballs over pasta with warmed tomato sauce; sprinkle with cheese and garnish with fresh herbs.
