fresh parsley

cooked spaghetti

canned tomato sauce

½ cup(s), warmed

grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, and salt; roll into meatballs. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  3. Serve meatballs over pasta with warmed tomato sauce; sprinkle with cheese and garnish with fresh herbs.
