Seven simple ingredients come together in this flavor-packed meal for one. Easy to put together and quick to bake, this flatbread pizza is ready-to-eat in about 15 minutes. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a quick-and-tasty lunch, this dish can also be made into a terrific party appetizer as well. The bright green pesto base brings an herb and garlic hit to the sweet bell peppers and rich turkey sausage. If you love spice, try the spicy Italian turkey sausage. Once warm, the salty feta melts into the other ingredients and plays well against the deep toasty and slightly sweet pine nuts. A bit of fresh basil to finish and you have an Italian-inspired feast that needs no sides to be a complete meal.
