Sausage & Pesto Flatbread

reduced-fat pesto sauce1 ½ Tbsp
uncooked bell pepper(s)½ item(s), medium, orange or red variety, thinly sliced
cooked fresh turkey sausage2 oz, Sweet Italian variety, crumbled
reduced-fat feta cheese3 Tbsp
pine nuts½ Tbsp
basil1 Tbsp, for garnish
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place flatbread on baking sheet; bake 2 minutes. Remove from oven; spread with pesto. Top with peppers and sausage; sprinkle with feta and pine nuts. Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, 4-5 minutes. Garnish with basil; serve.
