Sausage breakfast biscuits

98% fat-free uncooked ground chicken breast
Packed light brown sugar

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line small baking sheet with parchment paper. Using fork, in medium bowl, mix flour and buttermilk until clumpy dough is formed. Gather dough and gently divide into 5 equal portions. Place dough on baking sheet, spacing portions 1 to 2 inches apart. Brush tops with buttermilk. Bake until biscuits are puffed, golden brown, and cooked through, 12 to 14 minutes.
- Meanwhile, using your hands, in medium bowl, thoroughly mix chicken, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, paprika, sage, brown sugar, and black pepper. Form mixture into 5 patties, each about 21⁄2 inches wide.
- Coat medium skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium. Add sausage patties and cook until golden brown and cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Cut biscuits in half. Make sandwiches with biscuits and sausage patties. Serve sandwiches hot.
