Romaine, radicchio and hearts of palm salad with sesame-mirin dressing
3 cup(s), shredded, or roughly torn into bite-size pieces
½ cup(s), torn into small pieces
Hearts of palm
½ cup(s), sliced 1/2-inch thick
White wine vinegar
¾ fl oz, about 4 teaspoons
- In a small serving bowl, combine romaine, radicchio and hearts of palm.
- In a small cup, combine vinegar, mirin, sugar, both oils and salt.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Yields about 2 cups salad per serving.
