Delicious homemade refried beans are one of our favorite things to have on hand, as you can use them in a variety of ways, and they add so much flavor and texture to whatever you serve them with. These beans take just 25 minutes to make from start to finish and feature chopped onion and garlic, cumin seeds, and fresh lime juice. We love their creamy consistency after they're puréed in a blender or food processor. You can pair these beans with fajitas, burritos, or other Mexican dishes, but we love them best in a hearty breakfast taco—there's really no better way to start off your day.
