2 oz, or other brand, thinly sliced and halved
whole milk mozzarella cheese
¼ pound(s), fresh, thinly sliced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In the center of each radicchio leaf, place a piece of prosciutto and a slice of cheese. Fold the stem end of the leaf over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up; secure each bundle with a toothpick. Place the bundles in a baking dish. Bake until the cheese is melted and the radicchio has given off its liquid, 20–25 minutes.
