This recipe features just 4 ingredients with the added convenience of using store-bought, frozen pizza dough. We keep it as simple and straightforward as it gets with canned tomato sauce, part-skim mozzarella cheese, and sliced pepperoni. Leaving some of the sauce exposed as you're sealing the pouches gives you the perfect spot to place the pepperoni. It's definitely a creative way to serve up a slice of pizza. Then all that's left to do is bake the pouches in the oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is nice and melty; it's all ready in 20 minutes.
