This holiday twist on a Moscow mule replaces sugary ginger ale or ginger beer with ginger-flavored kombucha. Not only is it lower in sugar, but it’s also just as fizzy, rich in probiotics, and packed with peppery ginger essence. The cocktail comes together in a flash, but if you’d like to get a head start, you can combine the vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice in a pitcher up to a day ahead. Wait until shortly before serving to add the kombucha so that it doesn’t lose its effervescence.
