This garnet-hued cocktail is tangy and gently spritzy, and makes a lovely sipper for a cocktail party, holiday gathering, or New Year’s Eve celebration. To get a head start, you can mix the juices and vodka together in a pitcher and keep it in the fridge for up to one day; stir in the seltzer just before serving. If serving a larger crowd, the recipe easily doubles or triples. We recommend freshly squeezed orange juice for the best flavor, but in a pinch, you can use store-bought OJ.
