Set out a platter of chicken skewers and you've got yourself a party! Add a few splashes of tart cherry juice to the mix if you have some on hand. You can also leave out the rum for a refreshing, non-alcoholic beverage.

Ingredients

Orange juice

16 fl oz

Pineapple juice

16 fl oz, fresh

Coconut water

8 fl oz

Rum

12 fl oz, Jamaican-spice recommended

Fresh lime juice

2 tsp

Pineapple

2 cup(s), strawberries, or other fresh fruit, chopped

Orange

1 medium, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Pour orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, and rum into a large pitcher; stir to combine. Stir in fruit; add ice and serve.
  2. Serving size: a 7 fl oz cocktail

Bronx Chef Millie Peartree starting cooking at a very young age, inspired by her mother and her time growing up in the southern United States. Millie is well-known for her famous mini cupcakes but she is also a successful caterer and restaurateur.
