Set out a platter of chicken skewers and you've got yourself a party! Add a few splashes of tart cherry juice to the mix if you have some on hand (you can add up to 4 fl oz without impacting the recipe's SmartPoints value). Leave out the rum for a refreshing, non-alcoholic beverage.

Ingredients

fresh orange juice

16 fl oz

pineapple juice

16 fl oz, fresh

coconut water

8 fl oz

rum

12 fl oz, Jamaican-spice recommended

fresh lime juice

2 tsp

pineapple

2 cup(s), strawberries, or other fresh fruit, chopped

orange(s)

1 medium, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Pour orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, and rum into a large pitcher; stir to combine. Stir in fruit; add ice and serve.
  2. Serving size: a 7 fl oz cocktail
