Low sodium soy sauce
Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast
1 pound(s), cut lengthwise into 3/4-inch strips
Whole wheat breadcrumbs
¾ cup(s), plain dried
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil.
- Whisk together mustard, honey, and soy sauce in medium bowl until smooth. Add chicken and stir until coated evenly. Spread bread crumbs on plate. Coat chicken strips, one at a time, with bread crumbs.
- Arrange chicken strips on prepared baking sheet; spray with nonstick spray. Bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
